HABITEC CAN HELP SELL HOMES!
With the higher than normal number of homes for sale these days, HABITEC Home and Building Inspections, LLC, may be able to help set your listings apart from the competition. Please see the description below regarding a Home Inspector's Review. Like staging, a Home Inspector's Review will help the seller prepare their home for a quicker sale and perhaps sell at a higher price. If the seller follows the direction of the Home Stager and the Home Inspector their home will show much better than many others!
Many sellers are reluctant to purchase a home inspection prior to their listing. Usually for the cost but other reasons play in as well. However, a Home Inspector's Review is not a home inspection. A Home Inspector's Review costs approximatley half as much as a home inspection and there is no need for a lengthy report! In addition to showing well, a home that has been reviewed by HABITEC will be less likely to need last minute repairs as the closing approaches.
Home Inspector Review - This is a comprehensive walk-through of our home to evaluate from a Home Inspector's perspective. In about 2 hours, with the homeowner present, a HABITEC Inspector will visibly check your house in a comprehensive manner. This will include looking at the exterior of the house from the ground level, then the interior including the attic and crawl space from their respective entry points. The homeowner is encouraged to take notes so they can have any issues raised by the Inspector taken care of. This review does not end with a written report or any pictures. Therefore, there is no need for a contract.
Homeowner's are encouraged to have this REVIEW each year to make sure small deferred maintenance items do not turn into larger problems. This REVIEW can also serve the homeowner contemplating selling their home. It's always better to find out about maintenance before the closing is days away!
